I shall shave my head
Where is the glory in beating lizards? There is no glory. Some are fat and others lanky. But they are all ugly. Uglier than ugly. Fouler than foul.

Our armour is being re-tooled as I write this. Never again will your infected claws and teeth get through like they did last night.

You killed my friends son. Storm Tallstryde will be avenged.

Forever I will forego my flowing locks. I will shave my head in remembrance of my fallen kin. My heart bleeds with rigor.

Our fury begins. The fury of Ulthuan United will burn hotter than our hate for the darkness. It will burn hotter than our disdain of our fallen evil kin.

Never again will my men see such hurt and pain as we did the eve of yore. Beware foes of Ulthuan. Your fate is sealed with death and despair.

Webby... A hobbit... ?
The official spokes-it for the Gooby Skabbers have just informed me that Webby is indeed a "halfling".

I think all of that warpstone and all of those "magic" mushrooms have melted their brains.

Have you seen Webby? I saw him last year and he most certainly wasn't short-statured.

To call an Elf a Halfling. Only in Saskatch-ywan...

It is time to put these foul beings out of their misery. Soon we are going to mistake Dwarfs for Hobbits. Or Gnomes for Goblins.

I expect the league to be with me on this. Say no to the warpstone. Say no to magic mushrooms.

If you need a fix we have ample supplies of premium Elven wine.

Relax Boys - Relax!
Another disturbing pattern.. Not once, not twice, but three times tonight (and once last night) my players think things through, make the correct play, and utilize short bursts of energy. But a moment later, a bouncing ball comes along and they scramble like a warpstone wildling trying to snare the road runner. And with the sharp wit and foresight we posess we seldom fail.

"Yes, but now I have the ball", my inexperienced team might say.

But the end result is the same. In the next moment my player with the ball is out of breath and everything goes to the pit.

Relax boys - relax. We don't always need to rush things. Make your play and then exhale. Let your teammate pick it up while you plan your next move. Patience pays. Some say it is a virtue.

Custard Pie
I am stumped. Please do tell. This is the second match in a row where our opponents have been seen eating custard pie immediately after.

They even snuck it onto the field. But instead of throwing it in our face they could not resist. They could not waste a single crumb.

Are we all missing something here? Is custard pie really that good?

My favourite was always chocolate pie. Or flapper pie. Or saskatoon berry pie.

For the love of Caldor. Does anyone know which bakery we should order from?
